My husband and I have lived at Encore for the past 3.5 years. From day one, our experience with the with the leasing and maintenance staff (especially Zohre) has been great. They are very kind, responsive and quick to help with any issues that arose due to our unit being constructed during the peak of Covid. Encore has a great location due to its proximity to highways and shops but still remains a quiet and family friendly community.

I am very happy to finally be at home at Encore Manchester! I met Zohre about a year ago when I came to tour an apartment home. Every time I spoke to Zohre she was always so nice, kind, sweet, helpful, and professional. I also met Logan and she was nice and professional as well. I moved into my apartment on September 30th. From the 1st phone call inquiring about the property to our move-in day. Zara and Logan at the leasing office were definitely a pleasure to work with, very informative and helpful every step of the way. Met one of the maintenance crew (Caleb & Brandon) after we moved in and they were so pleasant and helpful as well. My husband and I are in love with our new home, the open concept and natural lighting is everything to us!!! Ow, Jumanji (our Pomsky) loves his new home as well.

We just love the open concept of our Harmonic floor plan! The added office space is a huge plus, and is a must for working from home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super spacious, and everything is clean and updated. There is so much natural light in every room, too. It truly feels more like a townhome or condo, not an apartment! We are so very glad we chose the harmonic floor plan and are beyond glad we chose to live at Encore at Manchester. Zohre and Logan are the best to work with.

We have been staying in Encore at Manchester since November 2021 and since the first day they have been soooo helpful. I wouldn’t imagine how hard it would gonna be if they didn’t help us during the moving process. Great facility and great management. Neighborhood is so lovely and calm that your children can play as they want. Zohre and Logan from management office very helpful. I highly recommend staying here. If I would move again definitely would choose encore for sure!!

When looking in the Novi area for an apartment that was non-smoking, good space & storage, great amenities, a good community, as well as good management it was very hard to come by. However, when we found Encore at Manchester we were so very excited. From the very first interaction with the property management to nearly a year later we have had nothing but positive interaction as well as experiences. We would highly recommend living here, and staying for a while just as we plan to!
